The Picture of Restoration with Revival will come into view as His Body arises being fit together in every part working together in unity and harmony for reaching the lost with His Word. This Ministry of Reconciliation has yet to be completed throughout the nations. It is still a work that has been hindered, but will soon be unhindered as the Holy Spirit moves upon the flesh of all nations. He will send forth His Witnesses. In a little while yet this work after being undergirded with prayer and fasting we shall see His signs, wonders and miracles being spoken and enacted by the least of these His Own Ones.
Therefore, it is a time to call forth with decrees and proclamations out of the mouths of the Watchmen, Seers, Prophets and the Babes in Christ this restoration through the preaching of the Gospel of The Kingdom to All Nations. The LORD is waiting for His Own Ones to gather and wait upon Him and speak His Words of power in agreement for this great move of His Holy Spirit. Let us then begin now by speaking these decrees. Therefore, let us pray:
PETITION FOR THE WIND, RAIN AND FIRE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT TO BE DISPENSED INTO HIS VESSELS OF HONOUR:
Our Father in Heaven, hallowed by Thy Name. Your Kingdom come in greater measure as we decree your Holy Spirit will be poured out upon all flesh in the Baptism of Wind, Water and Fire and the Ruach Ha-kodesh of Your Spirit. Thank you Father for your prophetic words already decreed by your Little Ones in Your Body for the Latter Day Rains of Your Holy Spirit to be dispensed in The Bride of Christ.
We decree you will send forth your Breath like a Mighty Wind through these Your Vessels of Honour and they shall be anointed with your Fires of Holiness to speak Your Words of Power in due season to bring to pass Your Plans on earth as they are written in Heaven. We thank you for the Deeds of Grace that you will cause to be performed by the indwelling guidance of Your Holy Spirit Our Helper.
We decree that you will raise up Mighty Intercessors and Shepherds like Evan Roberts and Rees Howells who will wait, hear and walk and do all you counsel to bring about deliverance, healing and restoration to the people of the earth as Heaven’s Almoners of Your Anointing and the wealth of the nations shall return to them. They shall be an everlasting remembrance and be called God’s Ministers.
We thank you in advance for the wealth of the nations coming into the hands of Your Servants. We decree that all spoils of war shall be translated out of the hands of the wicked and the kingdom of darkness and into the hands of Your Saints in Your Kingdom of Light in Christ Our King. We petition that all that has been hoarded and stolen be restored to Your Families. We decree that The Glory of The LORD Most High will come unto each of them in Your Divine Providence.
We decree those who are like unto Mephibosheth who suffered being broken and made lame and poor for serving His Righteous King David, many will be raised up who you will cause to be blessed by Your Kings and Lords on earth. Therefore, just as you caused King David to hear and bring Mephibosheth back to the King’s table and divine providential blessings so will you aid and raise them up again as Kings and Priests to sit at your table. And that even the blind and the lame shall be healed and restored to dance before you and give you glory in their praise.
We give you praise with thanksgiving for what you will do as we speak forth Your Word by faith. Glory to Our Living Christ The Son of Man, Our King Jesus Christ of Nazareth. We bless Your Holy Name. We decree that all who are written in the Book of Life and yet to be written in the Book of Life will come and receive Your Divine Providence, Favour and Blessings to complete their heavenly mandate and commission. We decree that “you will make the nations prove and rule them with a rod of iron.”
We decree with thanksgiving that your will shall be done on earth as it is in heaven concerning every living creation and creature. We decree whatsoever and whomsoever the Adversary has created in his counterfeit Kingdom shall be judged and sent to where you send them according to your just laws in heaven.
We decree that your just laws and judgments shall be established in the governments of the nations as your promised in your word “the Lord shall consume [him] with the spirit of His mouth and shall destroy [him] with the brightness of His coming.” ~II Thessalonians 2:8.
