“They even now are being sent as ordered to meet to gather and decree the breaking open of The Wells of Living Waters to bring forth a harvest of souls with righteousness and peace to result in their lives and lands.”

The LORD reminded me of the significance in the date of November 17th which is as follows:
The 17th of Cheshvan was the beginning of the great flood that took place in the time of Noah, according to tradition. God had chosen to destroy His creation because mankind had become wicked and chose to turn away from God.
It was also the date when another flood came of violence against the Jewish community living in Russia:

With the approach of the German army during World War I, R. Sholom DovBer and his family left Lubavitch, located in modern-day Russia near the border of Belarus, for the city of Rostov.
Lubavitch was the seat of: Chabad movement for 102 years, starting when R. DovBer, second Chabad Rebbe, settled there in 1813.

Our Father Who Art In Heaven, we come boldly to Your Courts to seek aid in our time of need to bring the true anointed forerunners to The Gentiles and the Jewish People.
As Paul was commissioned to preach to the Jews and and Peter was sent to preach to the Gentile nations, we petition for Your Peters and Pauls to hear as Simon Peter heard Jesus speak to him, “If you love Me, you will feed My Sheep.”
Our Father in Heaven, we know we ourselves and many others of Your Children have erred and strayed like lost sheep, heeding other voices who have sought to distract us from our true commission.
We repent now, asking for a second chance and deliverance from the powers and sinful ways that hold your votaries back from being sent to dispense to the lost Your Living Water and cleansing fires.
We petition for renewal and restoration to our First Estate of Heavenly design. Jesus is our Brother and so are the Israelites among us.
We pray for opportunities to win them back to Your Kingdom by revealing Your Son as the true Messiah as portrayed in Isaiah 53.
We thank you for sending David Herzog and Dr. Billey Brim to do this evangelism and to offer humanitarian aid and comfort to the people of Israel. If we are not called to be sent, then we ask for Your Provision to send help for us to support those ministers who are sent by Your Spirit.
Therefore since it is revealed S Your Perfect Will, we call upon You to send forth these Evangelists to preach Your New Covenant of Grace at this time with signs and Wonders and angels attending them.
We decree it shall be done on earth as ordered in Heaven, in the Almighty Name of Jesus Christ by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Amen.
