This is a Sovereign Command for His Bride to go forth and take up the Standard of The Lord to draw all His Faithful to His Altar in the land. A commission to establish His Tabernacle in the Thirteen Cities of The United Kingdom.
He will establish as the He did command in Goshen His Rod of Protection to rule over these thirteen cities of Refuge.
The revelation is that He has established a way forward if His People will gather at these key places and seek and inquire of Him for His instructions to rebuild the ancient paths and cities of His Refuge.
There were thirteen cities in Israel allocated to each group of Tribes.
He is calling for those who are faithful to keep His Feasts and abide in His Torah to come now and to gather to keep The Feasts and to gather to obey Him in heeding and doing His Divine Will through His instruction of the Saints. Ezekiel 36:33.
Isa 58:12 – “And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of
many generations; and thou shalt be called,
The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.”
Now is the time to gather throughout England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales to establish these as Cities of Refuge by standing together to take back the Gates and Portals and open The Fish Gate and The Sheep Gate for Evangelism.
This is revealed by this word as a Word of Knowledge revealed to His Servant:
“Therefore, gird yourselves with the truth and go forth to do the bidding of The Sovereign LORD Most High God, for you who are His Apostles and Evangelists and Teacher in the company of the Seers and Prophets and Watchmen are called in this hour to do so.
Go forth and I will instruct you in the way you should take and what you must speak as My Messenger. Then The LORD will fight for His People if they will heed and obey to establish His Tabernacles in these Cities of Refuge by the authority of His Son Yeshua Hamashiach.”
Divine Destiny Prayers:
Our Father Who Art Elohim, hallowed be Thy Almighty Name.
Thy will be done on earth in all the nations as it is declared in Heaven.
We thank You Elohim our Righteous Judge that we can pray and that You will hear us and answer with Your judgement in justice against the wicked.
We petition for Your Almighty unrelenting sword to cut the righteous free from cords of the wicked and to cut them off from the land of the righteous.
We decree that those who have made a Covenant to escape death will now be overtaken by the unrelenting of scourge Your Right Hand.
We declare that You shall drive them away by Your whirlwind and so shall they be destroyed, like chaff they will be burnt with Your fiery wrath to be cut off from the land.
We declare and decree their evil schemes and plots shall come to nothing.
We declare and decree that the words of their tongues will fall upon their own heads and they shall perish.
Their portion in the land shall be given to the righteous. The wealth of the wicked shall be transferred to the righteous.
We declare and decree that all the wicked shall be caught in their own nets and fall shall into their own pits. The horns of the wicked shall be cut off and be made silent.
Therefore, it is You alone who lifts up Your People to sit with the leaders of Your People under Your Command to rule with righteous jurisdiction and leadership as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Thus saith The LORD Most High:
“The works that are hidden in darkness shall come to light.
The Father of all nations shall bring a plight of troth to light.
The wicked shall find no sure way to hide dark thoughts from sight.
All they sought from the Kingdom of Darkness framed in the night.
Awakened to reprobate minds they will find no place to hide.
The woke of bespoke plans shall be foiled in My Justice Tide.
I will bring the penitent under My Rod to stand at My Side.
I will cause the nations to shake. In My Brit (Covenant) they will abide.
The beacons of justice will be lit in time by My hidden Bride.
I will sever the cords of the wicked who wreak a tumult tide.
I will cause chaos to engulf them as they fall, they will ride.
These riders will be trampled on as I ride with My Generals.
They are not of My Ilk,
They are dyed in false colours.
Therefore, I will strain them out of my sieve of favour.
There will be a reckoning that they will forbear.
Their stony hearts will will be crushed there.

My case for delay until the Great Harvest of My all Nations has been resolved in My Supreme Court. Therefore, those who oppose My Agenda shall be held in Contempt of Court and marked with the Seal of Destruction for The Destroying Angel of Death to destroy.”

Vision of Angels Descending From Open Portals:
On the evening of April 7th, 2023. I waited on The LORD and he directed me to look and as I looked from His Secret Place I saw open portals over the cities of San Quentin, San Francisco, San Bernardino and Los Angeles.
I also saw an island near a part of New York City. I asked and later He told me it was Riker’s Island.
First, The LORD directed my gaze at California. I saw people pouring out of their houses into the streets. They were gathering at the public parks and in the green spaces of the cities.
There were open portals over these cities where angels were descending on assignment with mighty swords to guard and protect each person.
It was a divine appointment for each person to see the wonders of The LORD. As they streamed toward the parks I saw there were small bands of musicians playing instruments and singing songs of praise to The LORD. I saw a few small tents that looked like outposts. These were guarded heavily by the angelic forces.
People were arriving to get in line to go inside the tent and meet with the anointed minister who was praying for healing of the sick and infirm. There were many people rejoicing outside for their miracles of healing.
I then asked The LORD what about New York City and that island. I saw a visitation of angels descending to what I heard to be Riker’s Island. Another park called Morningside Park there was also a gathering of many people and the glory of
The LORD was shining all around these places and inside the prison house of Riker’s Island. I had not seen such glory manifested before on the earth in my previous visions. It looked like every person in sight was being guarded by an angel or more than one angel in some cases.
I waited and asked if this is a vision for publication now. I heard that there was a period of waiting.
Today I asked if there was any more to be revealed in this vision and if there was a word of revelation to release with the vision. I heard The LORD say one word, “Revival.”
Then I looked and I saw there were other portals starting to open over the cities and regions of the United States.
It was as if there was an invasion from heaven of the Hosts of His Armies. Each Company of Angels was directed to His designated place to guard the Wells of The Latter Day Rains.
Huge angels of protection stood inside these churches or small chapels. I was amazed to see that the people were starting to come out of their homes and drive to these places and await the doors opening. It was as if they had come to wait in vigil.
Many began to pray together as they waited. I looked and I saw on the wall in scripture “Jeremiah 34:15” which depicts the Bond Slaves being set free by Royal Decree of The LORD.
15 And ye were now turned, and had done right in my sight, in proclaiming liberty every man to his neighbour; and ye had made a covenant before me in the house which is called by my name:
Then I heard The LORD say,
“Because they will not let my people go to follow Me, I will move now to do my “Strange Work” among them and I will declare the captives will go free of this nation. All who try to rob My Little Ones will be dealt with according to their own reward. What they have sown, they will in their wages of sin, surely reap.”
I asked The LORD what is this “Strange Work” you speak of LORD?
The LORD directed me to His Word in Isaiah 28:21.:
21 For the Lord shall rise up as in Mount Perazim, he shall be wroth as in the valley of Gibeon, that he may do his work, his strange work; and bring to pass his act, his strange act.
Then I asked, is this the judgment upon the enemies of Israel?
I heard The LORD Most High speak:
“There will be a reckoning for all who oppose My Plan of Redemption for the nations through My Servant to aid Israel and that remnant. Peace will not be their lot if they despise My Strange Works and attempt to hinder those who I have positioned for this work. Therefore, I will bring the scourge and I will bring to pass my “Strange Work” and no man can stay My Hand once I have lifted it up.”
Isaiah 28
28 Woe to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim, whose glorious beauty is a fading flower, which are on the head of the fat valleys of them that are overcome with wine!
2 Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong one, which as a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the hand.

The LORD Sends Forth His Rod of Strength To Rule Amidst His Enemies

14 Wherefore hear the word of the Lord, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem.

I encourage you to pray with me for these nations and cities and their citizens and communities to receive this blessing of Yeshua’s angelic intervention and protection for the harvest to be brought in of all the lost.

Our Father in Heaven, we stand in agreement with Your Will to see the Latter Day rains exceed the former day rains.
We decree and declare Your Harvest will reap every Child to be written in the Book of Life who becomes adopted through the bloodline of Your Son Yeshua Hamashiach. We stand in agreement with Your Will that they will see His Light and shall be delivered out of the snares of Satan.

We pray that You will be our guide through all dark times and bring us into the light of Your presence to cause Your Light to shine upon us so we may seek Your Face.

A Prophecy for The Land of Song and Praise Unto The LORD Most High with a special key for igniting new revival amongst the Welsh speaking communities was received and recorded by Roy Godwin.

A Word for the Heart of Wales, Roy Godwin
This word was given during the singing of “I Hear Thy Welcome Voice” in Welsh, “Mi Glywaf Dyner Lais.”
“The Heart of Wales is not an area of land in Mid Wales. lt is the Welsh-speaking community.
The Welsh-speaking community is the Heart of Wales, and it holds a special place within My heart. “Return to Me, Heart of Wales, l have not finished with you. l love you. l have plans for you. How l love you, Heart of Wales. How l desire your worship. How l long to receive your prayers and commune with you once more. Turn to Me and live.”
“Hear, land of Wales; pray for the Heart. Be reconciled with the Heart. Cry out to Me for the Heart.”
“As the Heart returns to Me I will release blessings upon the whole nation. “But seek Me first, not my blessings.”
And I saw:
ln Wales, the land reverberated to the song as buried echoes were released;
ln heaven, there was a hush as angels bowed their heads in adoration of the Lamb;
ln hell, alarm bells went off and there was pandemonium.”
And God said:
“This song is anointed as a vehicle of return for the Welsh community.”
Divine Reset Prayer:
Our Father Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name once again in the hearts of the Welsh speaking communities.
Open their hearts to receive Your Holy Spirit💥 fires of refining for holiness. Bend the people once again as You pour out Your Spirit of Repentance and Supplication.
Quicken The Welsh to return to Your altar and cry out to Your Spirit to draw their countrymen and women and children to gather together to offer their heartfelt prayers for Your grace and mercy. Pour out Your Spirit and grant them utterance to help them pray for the lost ones of Your Children.
Raise up a Standard over Wales and set Wales alight to run with the fire to set alight a fire in the hearts of all Your Children in the nations so that they will begin to thirst for Your living waters and begin to seek Your face.
Quicken spontaneous worship and gather the Welsh people to begin to sing this wonderful song of salvation “I Hear Thy Welcome Voice” again and again.
Hear our prayers for the whole population of Wales to be saved as a Sheep Nation. In Your Son’s Name we pray. Amen.

Divine Reset Prayer:
My Father who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name above all names named.
I come boldly to seek Your aid in my time of trouble and need forgiveness and deliverance.
I petition for Your Grace to be dispensed as I come into The Court of Repentance and Atonement and Deliverance.
I appoint Your Son who who is my Savior and Bridegroom Yeshua Messiah as my Advocate and Intercessor to stand for me and present my case before you.
Father forgive me for my rebellion and hear my declarations.
I choose as an act of my will to forgive all who have dealt harm and betrayed my trust.
I release their debts to You ABBA the only Judge Elohim. I choose not to let a root of bitterness grow up that would cause others to be defiled by it and hold back their true destiny.
I come to ask Your forgiveness for grieving You and Your Spirit and not holding precious the blood Your Son suffered to sacrifice for the atonement for my sins.
I come to ask forgiveness for the pain and sorrow I have caused others with my rebellious ways. Save us from all the evildoers of this wicked generation who are already dead in their transgressions and who are trespassing against the righteous in Your lands of all the nations.
Stretch forth Your measuring Rod and bring forth Your Staff of Chastisement and Discipline the Leadership of the nations who are Your Sheep.
If they will not return to Your Kingdom then let Thy Righteous Judgment be rendered and Your unrelenting Sword and Scourge be sent forth to bring forth Your Right Hand to deal out Your equitable judgment upon the people’s wicked deeds and evil practices. We trust You Elohim our God to judge the people of the nations with equity.
Then we will see each rewarded according to their deeds. In Yeshua’s Name Your Son we declare and decree these Your words:
“All those who thirst for righteousness shall be filled.” And also that “The word of The LORD Most High God is a strong tower. The righteous run into it Your Word) and they shall be saved. Amen!”
