The Derby is a Group 1 race run under Set Weights conditions for three year old colts and fillies at Epsom conducted by the Jockey Club.

The Derby is run over one mile, four furlongs and 6 yards. It was first run in 1780 and was won by Diomed.

It is the fourth of the Classic races run each season. However it is the most famous race run in England.

Run over the same course the day after the Oaks, the Derby is actually a year younger than the Oaks.

At a gathering held by the Earl of Derby after the Oaks was first run in 1779, it is said that it was decided that a race for the colts be organised for the next year.

Rumour has it a toss of the coin to determine the name was held between Derby and Sir Charles Bunbury of the Jockey Club.

However the decision was finalised, it became known as the Derby. Ironically Bunbury owned the first winner Diomed. (Meaning: Derived from Greek Διός (Dios) meaning “of Zeus” and μήδεα (medea) meaning “plans, counsel, cunning”. In Greek legend Diomedes was one of the greatest heroes who fought against the Trojans. With Odysseus he entered Troy and stole the Palladium.”

Comment:

The Palladium in ancient Greek mythology was an image of the goddess Pallas Athene. It was maintained in the citadel of Troy, and the city was believed safe from capture as long as the idol was there. Only after it was stolen did Troy fall to the besieging Achaian Greeks.

“Early renewals were over the mile but it became the mile and a half in 1784.

During the war years, the Derby was run at Newmarket. They called these races the New Derby.

In 1838, Amato won despite never having raced before. (Meaning: (God’s beloved)

One infamous winner was Shergar (Origin: Surname in Iraq and India) who scored by the record ten lengths. The history around his stealing from his stud home has used up many mountains of ink.

A famous recent winner was Sea The Stars who won after the 2000 Guineas victory.

He’d then win the Eclipse, Juddmonte International, Irish Champion and Prix de L’Arc De Triomphe before retirement.

The dam Urban Sea has produced two Derby winners in Galileo and Sea The Stars. She is one of 12 mares to do so down the years.

Most wins as trainer was seven held by Robert Robson, John Porter and Fred Darling but Aidan O’Brien hit the front in 2020 after taking his eighth victory.

Aidan O’Brien became the first person to train three consecutive winners of the race in 2014.

The incredible Lester Piggott is the leading jockey with nine victories.

He first won on Never Say Die (Comment: A Famous Battle Cry of The Scots and Mercenaries. The phrase ‘never say die’ is originally from a nineteenth century poem based on Shakespeare’s Merchant of Venice.) in 1954 and was still winning on Teenoso in 1983. The 2022 edition was run in the memory of Lester after he passed away in the week prior to the race.

Charlie Appleby gave Godolphin their first Derby winner in 2018 when Masar scored.”

Godolphin Meaning & Origin:

Meaning: Speaking of its famous mine, Carew observes, that the name originally was Godolghan, though lately declined with a milder accent to Godolphin, which in Cornish signifies a white eagle.

Comment: The White Eagle is a symbol on The Polish Flag.

The Highest Power: A Foundation of Trust

As I waited upon The LORD for His Healing Ruach Words of Power, He reminded me of the power of trusting in His Vision given to each Child for our future. He said, “My People die because they do not have My Vision.” KJV Scripture Verse Then He requested I post these visions to help His Children today.

The first one is by Annie Schisler titled “Trusting Confidence” quoted below.

Trusting Confidence

When the Spirit of the Lord took me into the world of light, He was pleased to show me the operation of trusting confidence in its three phases. This confidence operated in one of three ways: the first was an exaggerated operation, and because it was too much, it was paralyzing in its workings and did not bring forth any activating principles nor produce any works. The second operation of this trusting confidence was just right: it was the trusting confidence that activates and operates in its continual abiding. The third phase was a trusting confidence so weak that it could not bring forth any activity or works because it was too passive and useless.

This is a continual abiding that promotes activity as His Children dwell so closely to Him, we are like a trusting dog who when that dog hears it’s Master coming or calling immediately responds and does what his Master tells the dog to do.

Then He reminded me that if we have a vision we must wait for it to come, for He also said, “Though the vision may tarry, it will surely come to pass.” NIV Scripture Verse.

Then when His Children become focused on this vision and actively pursue that vision by performing their deeds of grace he reveals to them in His Daily Requested Acts of Obedience then the vision becomes more likely to be realized quickly. The LORD will then no longer tarry seeing their faith and trust in Him even in the background of their weaknesses, His Strength is made perfect to perfect them in His Ways. “Write down the vision…So that one who reads it may run. For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hurries toward the goal, and it will not fail. Though it delays, wait for it” (Habakkuk 2:2-3).

Then He reminded me of this hidden His limitations of power dispensed to His Children, reminding me that He would not limit power to those who went forth to do His Deeds of Grace displaying His Power in Signs, Wonders and Miracles as they acted upon their faith and stretched forth their hands to do good. His Sons Empowered

He again caught me up into His world of spiritual light and illumination, and showed me things concerning His own ones. To His angels – these great and mighty beings whom He has given charge over His sons – God gave mighty power. In all things relating to their dealings with His sons, their power was without limit. These mighty angels of God were ministering to His own ones, giving each one of them a specific and controlled measure of power which had a specifically measured limit of flow. Although each person had his own measure – and each measure was different from the others – each measure of power was fully sufficient for the development of that son. If he used his given fountain of power, he developed properly and all was well; he brought forth fruit. But if he decided that his measure of power was insufficient, and refused to remain within his own measure, and sought for another and larger measure, he could obtain it.

However, this “reaching and grasping” only resulted in a vacuum which was fruitless and therefore useless to him. That which God has given is quite sufficient already, and there is no need to insist upon a further measure. Be the measure given great or be it small, it is quite sufficient to bring forth the fruit God requires; no one needs to force himself into another measure. We declare, “‘Woe to him who builds a city with blood and founds a town on injustice,
13 so that people toil for what will be burned up,
and nations exhaust themselves to no purpose. Isn’t all this from Adonai–Tzva’ot?

News of Restoration

The Holy Spirit Casting Fire on the Earth

This is a prophetic artwork of the latter day rains of the fire of God over Wales. This decree is of a valley surrounded by mountains with the first cloud of rain appearing that soon grows to a greater cloud of His Presence. Then an angel of The LORD will come to dispense a great fire of blessing to purify those who gather to be near The LORD at the time of His Great Awakening which will then call many to repentance. They will go forth to bring others to receive healing as the apostles attended Jesus Christ and saw Him perform many miracles, so shall the signs, wonders and miracles attending those who believe and embrace Jesus Christ as their Saviour and LORD.

The division will be self evident between those who reject Him and draw away from Him.

I received two scripture references when I painted this prophetic artwork at the English – Welsh Border Prayer Walk Event in 2011.

First, as I painted, I heard this reference to Isaiah 64:

“Oh that thou wouldest rend the heavens, that thou wouldest come down, that the mountains might flow down at thy presence,

2 As when the melting fire burneth, the fire causeth the waters to boil, to make thy name known to thine adversaries, that the nations may tremble at thy presence!

3 When thou didst terrible things which we looked not for, thou camest down, the mountains flowed down at thy presence.

4 For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him.

5 Thou meetest him that rejoiceth and worketh righteousness, those that remember thee in thy ways: behold, thou art wroth; for we have sinned: in those is continuance, and we shall be saved.”

Later on, a couple I knew from the church asked me later if I had heard a second scripture reference. When I inquired of The LORD, I heard The Holy Spirit say, Luke 12:49-

49 “I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?

50 But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I constrained in til it be accomplished!

52 For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.

51 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:

53 The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

54 And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is.

55 And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass.

56 Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?”

I believe Jesus was referring to the fact that those who rejected Him did not discern that it was His appearance that signalled the arrival of their long awaited Messiah.

Once again He will visit us and salt His People with the anointing fires for igniting Revivals that will set alight the nations. Many will be saved. Many will perish in their rejection of Him.

Let us pray Jesus will receive The Fullness of His Harvest of Souls for all that He endured to purchase these lost souls.

Divine Reset Prayer:

Our Father, Adonai Elohim who art in Heaven , we agree with Your Mandate to win souls for Your Kingdom to be established on earth as decreed in Heaven.

We give thanks that You have won the battle for the salvation of those who You will record in The Lamb’s Book of Life.

We thank You for this vision and revelation of Your Promise to send a Great Awakening to Your Presence with signs, miracles and wonders attending those who gather and those You send to gather in Your Harvest of The Lost.

We believe You will finish what You started and we give You all the glory as You come to glorify Your Bride and empower us to do greater things than You did before.

We receive the victory over all the powers of darkness and decree the battle is Yours and the Victory is ours. In the Almighty Name of Jesus Christ we stand in agreement that Thy will shall be done on earth as it is decreed in Heaven. Amen.

The Holy Sprit laid a burden from The LORD Most High Himself to pray for His Plans for another great Revival of Awakening to His Truth of the Gospel as Christ Crucified for the Sins of Mankind would soon again be preached throughout Wales and then spread to ignite the embers ready to burst into flames throughout all the Nations.

The Holy Spirit revealed to me that Wales is the location of “The Fulcrum of His Initiative for Worldwide Tevival to ign and spread to ignite all the Nations. He will cause this to occur if we diligently seek Him to pray accordingly.

Jesus Christ The LORD admonished His dis in Luke 21:34-36 to watch and pray. And in John 21:1-14 revealed the end time Sheep Nations in the net of the 153 fish of many kinds.

The Prophecy of Jesus Christ for The Harvest of The Nations

The Breakfast by the Sea of Galilee supplied and then prepared by The Risen LORD Jesus Christ when the 153 fish that were caught when He told them where to lower their nets reveals a hidden secret.

This secret is that the 153 fish of all kinds represent the tribes of many peoples throughout these many nations which He has called and will call forth as His Sons of Righteousness to be amongst the Sheep nations.

The LORD before His crucifixion and death and resurrection commanded His Disciples to go forth to reap the harvest in this scriptures:

The 22nd Book of Luke 22:35-38

35 He said to them, “’When I sent you out without wallet, pack or shoes, were you ever short of anything?” “Not a thing,” they answered. 36 “But now,” he said, if you have a wallet or a pack, take it; and if you don’t have a sword, sell your robe to buy one. 

37 For I tell you this: the passage from the Tanakh that says, ‘He was counted among the transgressors has to be fulfilled in me; since what is happening to me has a purpose.’” 

38 They said, “Look, Lord, there are two swords right here!” “Enough!” he replied.'”

They had returned to their fishing boats disheartened after the crucifixion. For this reason He appeared to them after He was resurrected to remind and exhort them to return to being “Fishers of Men.”

We also must die to self and be reborn in the resurrection life of His Holy Spirit if we are to do these acts of redemption as Peter was enabled when He gave Peter the mandate to go forth to “Feed His Sheep.”

Jesus Christ said to Peter as He is saying to many of us today, “Do you love Me?” And again said to Peter, “If you love Me, then feed My Sheep.”

Divine Reset Prayer:

Our Father Who Art Elohim in Heaven, restore unto me a steadfast and willing Spirit to be among the Faithful who by Your Holy Spirit You will lead to bring salvation to Your Children of the nations.

Abba, I pray that You will create in me a contrite and humble heart and a steadfast will to obey Your Guidance and to follow as Your Spirit blows me along Your Paths of Righteousness to be sent forth as the wind wherever You will me to go.

As You led Abraham to be a Witness of Your power and deliverance and blessing, so now save me and restore my soul to heed Your Voice and walk with a humble heart to obey Hour Sovereign will in life’s work that You prepared for me when You created me for a chosen purpose.

In the Almighty Name of Jesus Christ, sanctify my vessel to be a dispenser of Your powerful redeeming light and glory of the leaves of healing and the fruits of wisdom to Your Children.

Abba. I pray that You will establish the works of Your Spirit in My Hands, so that I will receive Your rewards in heaven for being loyal to this calling of reconciling Your Children to You through the revelation knowledge of Jesus Christ who came to reveal You to Your Children and reconcile them back to You to secure for them eternal life. “Be In My Eyes, Be In My Heart.” Part 2

He told me to reveal this vision from Annie Schisler page 1214 of the Kindle Book “I Looked And I Saw” titled Provoking Unto Pain. It is cited below:

Provoking Unto Pain

“Today He showed me a most paradoxical state that seemed to be coming to me and even hovering over me. This state that was coming forth from Him (even as a part of His own being) was a provoking action which brought forth pain. This provoking action, like an intense pressure, came forth from Him and proceeded to provoke this pain, even against Himself. It was brought forth unto Him and He allowed it to be so. I wondered much, for He brought forth this pain unto Himself deliberately. Passing through Him, it was then shared with His own ones. God was like a filter to this pain, and absorbed much of it before He shared it with His own ones. Thus, His children only know this pain in a small measure.”

God as Fountainhead

“In the spiritual regions of light and revelation, I saw the soul of one of God’s own ones connected to Him as his fountainhead. With this connection intact, he pressed ever forward until he reached his God. Then I saw yet another soul that at first was connected with God as his fountainhead; but later, beholding other forms and ways that appeared good and attractive to him, he connected to one of them as well. Little by little he lost his connection with God as his fountainhead, and became fully connected to that form, and pressed onward in it. This other form tried to connect up with God as its fountainhead, but it could never reach high enough to be able to establish that connection. Try though it might – and it was ever trying – it could never establish that connection. Therefore, the soul that had connected to that other form – which had appeared godly to him – lost his connection with his God, and continued on connected to the other form which never did connect up with Him.”

Then the LORD reminded me of the place where He revealed to Annie He would keep her parts in High Security so that she would not fail in her mission. It was called The LORD’s Prison House. “Caught away into the realms of the Spirit, I saw His prison house which was very beautiful and greatly to be desired. For all its beauty and desirability, it was still a prison house which was not desirable to the flesh, and was a heaviness and a weight of no small proportions. To this place, His choice ones, His loved ones, would be brought. Functioning within this prison house was a wonderful absorption of His own self, where God was absorbed and assimilated and received into one’s own being. On the basis of this very absorption there was also a releasing – a discharging of that which had been received. This was a continuous process: on the one hand a continuous absorbing, and on the other hand a continuous discharging. In spite of all the wonderful work and operation which flowed within this glorious place, it was still a prison and those therein were His prisoners.”

Then The LORD wanted me to remind you all how to attain that higher security of always hearing and comprehending His Words. This is what is essential He said and revealed in this vision to Annie Schisler, “The Essential Condition.”

The Essential Condition

“He showed me His elect ones whom He was preparing, and the endless variety of ways, preparations and treatments that He was giving to each one. No two received the same dealings from God. Each person experienced his own type of persecutions, oppressions, attacks from the evil one, and their accompanying dealings of God. No one was passed over; no one escaped these dealings. Some processes were pleasing, some were painful; yet all were of God. These continued until all of His own were brought forth to one and the same condition.”

“This condition which was a mark of distinction, was visible, obvious, tangible and evident, even in the world of the invisibles. This one great condition into which they would be brought by these multitudinous processes was something worked within them. There had been, as it were, a cutting out and a doing away with something in order that this new thing might be implanted and ingrafted in fullness. I realized that this essential condition which made them all alike (in spite of such varied processes) was that each one had within him the perfect will of God. This outstanding condition made them all alike: through these processes that He had chosen for them, He brought them to possess this high and holy position; they became, as it were, His perfect will.“

I encourage you all to read this Word of Knowledge “A Warning to Protect Your Harvest” in the link below. Many have forgotten their first love or forgotten to meet with Him and know His true heart and plans for them. Possibly you know someone who needs to be reminded of this or brought closer to Jesus Christ by a visit to them or a phone call. The Two Listeners of the “God Calling Daily Devotional” were often given assignments to go and aid a stranger or a neighbour they hardly knew. And when they were in need they would pray and someone would drop off groceries on their doorstep. King Jesus wants us to be Servants as He came as a Servant walking many miles to heal the sick and deliver the oppressed. We must also do likewise when He calls us to do so.

Smith Wigglesworth began his ministry of reconciling others to Jesus Christ by heeding the Holy Spirit and then taking up the assignment and going where He showed him to go.

Just like Simon Peter who heard that he was to visit Cornelius from a messenger who was sent to bring him after he had a vision confirming he was to accept that mission and follow him to where he was led, so we must take these first steps of faith. I have had a similar walk with The LORD often alone, or sometimes with a prayer partner when He sent us on these missions of grace. I wait up Your Words. Help me to stay calm and create in me a clean heart and a steadfast and willing spirit that you will not despise.
