I asked The Lord, what are those balls filled with multi-coloured sprinkled sand you asked me to paint. He said this is the Anointing Oil of His Presence from the Vessels of My Burning Ones dispensed by My Words spoken through them upon the People and even the ground to make it consecrated for an altar to My Presence.
