The whole earth will see a replay of the historical events of Isaiah 45-66. This is even now being played out before our eyes as “The Beginning of Sorrows” Jesus Christ spoke of in Matthew 24.
Babylon is clearly designated as the Chaldeans (Sudanese, Egyptians and Arabians) in Isaiah 47:1 “The Humiliation of Babylon.”
– Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground: there is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate.
And again in the verse of Isaiah 47:10-15
10 “For you have trusted in your wickedness;
You have said, ‘No one sees me’;
Your wisdom and your knowledge have warped you;
And you have said in your heart,
‘I am, and there is no one else besides me.’
11 Therefore evil shall come upon you;
You shall not know from where it arises.
And trouble shall fall upon you;
You will not be able to put it off.
And desolation shall come upon you suddenly,
Which you shall not know.
12 “Stand now with your enchantments
And the multitude of your sorceries,
In which you have labored from your youth—
Perhaps you will be able to profit,
Perhaps you will prevail.
13 You are wearied in the multitude of your counsels; Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, And the monthly prognosticators
Stand up and save you
From what shall come upon you.
14 Behold, they shall be as stubble,
The fire shall burn them;
They shall not deliver themselves
From the power of the flame;
It shall not be a coal to be warmed by,
Nor a fire to sit before!
15 Thus shall they be to you
With whom you have labored,
Your merchants from your youth;
They shall wander each one to his quarter.
No one shall save you.
Once again their lands will be made desolate and the Sabeans who are of Arabia and the people of Egypt and of Cush in Sudan.
First and foremost America, Great Britain and Israel must undergo a transformation and repent and return to Yahweh by casting down their idols and pagan altars of the high places.
In the case that they resist The LORD’S call to return and repent of their sins and pagan worship, He will bring the indictment against their peoples for their hypocrisy of halfhearted worship of Him, idolatry and obstinacy. The LORD MOST HIGH GOD WILL SEND THE scourge OF WARS of Invaders, pestilence, famine flooding and drought.

Everything is for the Restoration of My Glory
Although their lands will suffer invasions and all these plagues a part of the lands will be reserved for the remnant who return to The LORD.
This will be the time of the season of refining His Own people through the chastisement of these trials in their tribulations.
The demographics have changed as a result of the scattering of His people who have commingled with all the nations.
Northern Israel whose people represent Judah will be restored.
America whose people represent Manasseh will be restored.
Great Britain whose people represent Ephraim will be restored.
The 13 Tribes of Jacob will be restored to their lands who represent the remnant people of The Sheep Nations.
Bible Prophecy states these truths in these scriptures:
Isaiah – 16
Ephraim’s envy will cease;
Judah’s harassing will end.
Ephraim will no longer be envious of Judah,
and Judah will not harass Ephraim.
14 But they shall fly down upon the shoulder of the Philistines toward the west;
Together they shall plunder the people of the East; They shall lay their hand on Edom and Moab;
And the people of Ammon shall obey them.
15 The Lord will utterly destroy the tongue of the Sea of Egypt; With His mighty wind He will shake His fist over the River,
And strike it in the seven streams,
And make men cross over dry-shod.
16 There will be a highway for the remnant of His people
Who will be left from Assyria,
As it was for Israel
In the day that he came up from the land of Egypt.
The LORD declared emphatically to all the nations who are adversaries of His Sheep Nations these words which are intended for all who oppose any nation who declares that He alone Is THE KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS WHOM THEY ASCRIBE WORSHIP AND DECLARE UNTO YAHWEH THEIR ALLEGIANCE:
12 “Listen to Me, you stubborn-hearted,
Who are far from righteousness:
13 I bring My righteousness near, it shall not be far off; My salvation shall not linger.
And I will place salvation in Zion,
For Israel My glory.
WHAT WILL BE THE FINAL OUTCOME ACCORDING TO ISAIAH 11? Yahweh declares this outcome beforehand in a preview before He declares how He will execute this outcome:

9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, For the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord
As the waters cover the sea.
10 “And in that day there shall be a Root of Jesse, Who shall stand as a banner to the people; For the Gentiles shall seek Him,
And His resting place shall be glorious.”
